Job Summary:
The O2, TOC, pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Density Analyzer Supervisor for Installation and Commissioning is responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and initial calibration of various analytical instruments. This role involves ensuring that all new analyzers are set up correctly and integrated seamlessly into the operational environment, while leading a team of technicians and ensuring adherence to industry standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Co-ordinaate Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality control procedures.
- Pre-Commission and commissioining of Analyzers
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Engineering
- Relevant work experience 5 ~ 10 yrs in the refining industry, petrochemical industry will be an advantage
