· Develop a productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented working environment for employees.
· Assist Operations Manager in supervising the daily operations of the organization.
· Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer service.
· Oversee operational cost, risk, and audit activities.
· Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staff.
· Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards.
· Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Review work procedures and implement corrective measures and solutions.
- Liaise with client on the service level and performance standards
- Attend to clients’ requests/complains
- Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
