- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 530pm
- Salary: $4000 - $5500

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full set of accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Manage cash flow and supervise issues related to collections and payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including journals, general ledger entries, trial balances, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Handle intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations.
- Assist with annual forecasts and budgeting.
- Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control procedures as per group policies.
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance and Accounting or a relevant professional accounting qualification.
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in managing a full set of accounts.
- Experience in regional finance accounting, particularly in Taiwan, is advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the Taiwan office.
- Familiarity with Sage 300 and EPICOR is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, meticulous, analytical, and capable of working independently.
- A team player who can meet tight deadlines.
