Accounts Executive
Purpose of the Role:
The incumbent will assist the day-to-day operation of the Finance & Accounting matters.
Responsibilities & Duties:
– Submission of e-invoicing & enter accruals on the vendor’s portal.
– Process files transfer, closing and re-activation.
– Purge / delete disbursements.
– Monitor trust balance and contra when necessary.
– Manage client’s FD accounts.
– Handle withholding tax compliance forms & audit confirmation.
– Cover accounting of receipts and contra.
– Cover submission of e-stamping.
– Cover loading of disbursements and reports into system.
– Cover bills & credit notes processing.
– Take on any other duties as and when assigned.
Position requirements:
– Relevant accounting qualification & experience.
– Self-driven & urgency to complete given tasks.
