Responsibilities:
Finance
- Support full set of accounts in areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Budget and Financial Reporting
- Regulatory returns such as GST returns and grants' returns
Procurement and Asset Management:
- Advise department on procurement processes
- Fixed asset management
Audit and Compliance:
- Assist in audit queries and prepare audit schedules.
General:
- Assist in any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy/Business or equivalent
- Those without a Diploma but with relevant work experience are welcome.
- Knowledge of Accpac Accounting System and GeBIZ preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, independent, resourceful, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
