Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cynopsis marketing website
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website copy that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, print, etc.) and ensure the timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Assist in the planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, ensure all marketing materials and branding are in place.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, perform competitor analysis, and gather customer insights. Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics for review by the sales, Business Development, and management teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Pre-Requisites:
- Minimum diploma in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or a related field
- Fresh graduates with passion for marketing roles are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus, as is knowledge of WordPress
- Enthusiastic, positive and proactive
- Responsible and able to work in a team
- Familiar with campaigning tools such as Mailchimp and Email Octopus
- Creative with a good sense of design and aesthetic perspectives
