Location: Tuas (Near Tuas West Road MRT, 3 mins walk)
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary: $3,500 - $3,900
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation and support of all office administrative duties.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach staff.
- Implement and manage e-filing and record management systems.
- Verify and approve Purchase Requisitions and Advance Payments (APPV).
- Verify invoices and GST documentation.
- Review monthly AP & AR Aging reports, follow up with Sales, and update payment statuses.
- Verify staff claims and reimbursements.
- Manage contract/service renewals and terminations.
- Promote safety awareness, ensure safety measures are in place, and keep Risk Assessments (RAs) up-to-date.
- Oversee ISO accreditation processes and updates.
- Manage fixed asset records.
- Plan office layouts and coordinate office/warehouse moves.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Post inventory movements and prepare monthly inventory reports.
Requirements
- Diploma with 3 years of related experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
