3 Months Contract Executive (Student Conduct Team) - Aug 2024 to Oct 2024
- The staff will support the Student Conduct Team in student discipline and grievance matters.
- Support in student disciplinary and grievance matters, including the provision of secretariat and administrative support to the Board of Discipline and Board of Appeal.
- Assist in investigation and interviews, documentation, and reporting of student disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Ensure prompt updates in student disciplinary and grievance cases in IN4SIT and tracking file.
- Liaison officer and provide guidance to faculty members on student disciplinary matters.
- Assist in responding to general office administrative matters and inquiries on student disciplinary matters from various channels; i.e via Student Conduct mailbox, phone calls and walk-in
- Assist in contacting government agencies i.e. Singapore Police Force (SPF), Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) etc.
- Support in any other administrative matters and projects as assigned.
