The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible managing our account portfolio and supervise our executives’ team. Ultimately, you will achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.
Job Scope
- Full spectrum of accounts & management reporting
- Prepare closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordinate and liaise with internal & external parties to support all finance related activities
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reporting within the stipulated deadlines
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support and ensure compliance with all legislative requirement and standards
- Prepare / Review month end balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, accounts supporting schedules and internal control reports
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and income tax schedule
- Attend to internal and external queries and requests (e.g. tax, internal audit, external audit, etc)
- Other ad-hoc duties by Financial Controller
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in handling full set of accounts independently
- Audit experience in an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge in Excel
- Organized, meticulous, patient and proactive
- Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking
