Job Description
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Supervise and mentor a team of three finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Partner with traders in Southeast Asia to analyze P&L, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial management.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making with data-driven financial analysis.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
