Job Description
- Lead and manage deal advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuation, and restructuring.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive and tailored solutions to clients.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed financial analyses, reports, and presentations for clients.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide forward-thinking advice to clients.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deals advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
