About Our Client
Our client is a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets.
Job Description
- Responsible for full set of accounts, reporting, tax computation and compliance
- Perform bank reconciliations & periodic vender/intercompany transactions
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with collation of management reports
- Maintain calculations and post journals for accruals, depreciation, accrued revenue, payroll etc
- Issue invoices for management fees and other recharges, and follow-up on collections
- Process payments and ensure all invoices settled in accordance with payment terms, collation of invoices, ensure appropriate approval (per DOA) are obtained and setting up payments in banking platform
- Check staff claims for payment processing
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of detailed cashflow reports
- Assist in compilation of financial statements, financial data, etc
- Collate invoices and information required for quarterly GST reporting, review GST reports prepared by tax agent and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely submssion
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise wth external auditors on year-end audit matters
- Prepare tax schedules, review tax computation, liaise with tax agent and respond to IRAS tax queries
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor of Diploma in Accounting
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
