Job Description
- Review facility documentations including facility agreement, collateral and other documents to ensure completion of documentation, perfection of collateral documents, satisfaction of conditions precedent, conditions subsequent and other approval requirements;
- Ensure transactions are implemented and complied with the Bank’s policies, local and foreign applicable regulations and guidelines;
- Liaise with internal and external parties in order to resolve documentation issues;
- Follow-up on pending documents;
- Conduct post-mortem review on approved credit documentation transactions;
- Assist in formulating and / or revising policies and procedures relating to credit documentation review;
- Prepare regulatory and management reports;
- Perform any other relevant duties to achieve team’s targets.
- Perform Non Performance Loan management /collection work.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above(Finance, Economics accounting or related majors) with more than 2 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong financial, analytical and credit management skill
- If the applicant has Non Performance Loan management /collection work experience or Collateral Management work experience is preferred.
- Experience in credit risk management ,Review facility documentations and/ or Collateral Management will be an advantage.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required as incumbent is required to liase with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.
