We are looking for a contract (3 to 6 months) Finance Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. The responsibilities of the job include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal financial system.
Responsibilities:
· Perform daily sales billings
- Checking of daily system stock issuance
· Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
· Recording and filing transactions
· Processing payment vouchers for approval
· Enter financial transactions into financial system
Skills and Qualification:
· Minimum GCE English and accounting qualification
· Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
· Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise own workload
· Ability to take ownership, be proactive and achieve desired results
