Responsibilities
- Liaise with Clients: Address clients' accounting queries, providing advice and suggestions in compliance with ACRA and IRAS regulations.
- Provide Solutions: Deliver accounting, audit, and tax solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Knowledge Sharing: Guide co-workers by sharing accounting, auditing, and taxation expertise.
- Team Leadership: Grow and motivate the team by demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Profit Targets: Ensure the company meets its profit targets within the designated timeframe.
- Assistant Accounts Manager Responsibilities: Fulfill duties associated with the role of Assistant Accounts Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent and/ or 'CPA Singapore' preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in either an Accounting or Audit Firm.
- Good knowledge of FRS & experience in accounting, audit, and tax.
- Resourceful, analytical, independent, and meticulous.
- Team player with strong communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
9 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Fridays (Flexi Work Arrangement, will be allowed to work from home once a week, subject to work efficiency)
Will lead a team of 6-7 Account execs and Senior Account execs.
