Responsibilities
- Derive business insights to initiate change and facilitate decision-making. Enhance productivity through continuous operational improvements. Adhere to invoicing standards for timely and precise monthly invoice handling.
- Explore and propose actionable improvements for existing processes. Facilitate the implementation of new processes and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Use Excel Macros and basic programming to enhance processes.
- Asset Management Support: Perform variance audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Create, update, and document inventory locators. Analyze and provide recommendations based on dashboard data.
- Utilize systems to plan and oversee weekly phone and line allocations, ensuring effective backlog management. Optimize processes for managing line inventory across APAC locations.
- Handle and escalate operational feedback and issues.
- Verify and process monthly invoices and line counts in internal systems, adhering to invoicing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or relevant experience.
- With 8+ years of experience in optimizing processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience in asset management or inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Visio or other workflow tools.
- Strong skills in data analysis.
