Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of machinery inventory, ensuring availability and readiness for operations.
• Oversee the tracking of machinery maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing to prevent disruptions in operations.
• Track and manage data related to machinery breakdowns and servicing, proactively planning schedules to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with the admin team to address operational needs, and provide supervision for factory work, including machinery overhaul and store accounting.
• Ensure seamless flow of operations, with special attention to breakdowns, deliveries, collections, and handling ad hoc arrangements such as PE or customer self-collections.
• Be open to taking on any other duties and responsibilities that the Company may assign during the course of your employment.
