Overview
As the Senior e-commerce Executive at Echo Networks, you will drive online sales across all our e-commerce platforms and oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations. Your role will involve a blend of strategy development, website improvement and enhancement, project management, and data analysis to continuously improve our online performance.
Responsibilities
The main role of this job is to manage e-commerce platforms and grow revenues on these platforms. The platforms include but are not limited to:
- Shopee
- Lazada
- Amazon
- Qoo10
- Carousell
- Company's website
- Tiktok Shop
Main Activities
Onboarding new e-commerce platforms and managing existing platforms
- Platform Campaigns Nominations.
- Be the point of contact for Key Account Managers from different platforms.
- Listing Updates/Maintainence
- Stay current on e-commerce platforms and new policy changes and update the company's policies as required.
- Review sales reports to identify any wrongful charges, such as shipping fees.
- Prepare basic monthly sales reports
Secondary Activities
Marketing Related Activities
- Provide campaign details like discount offers, etc., so that marketing PICs can create marketing collateral.
- Proofread and approve designs for Performance Marketing PIC to run ads on FB/Instagram.
- Proofread and approved designs for Content Marketing PIC to schedule uploads for FB/Instagram.
Refund/Return Dispute Management
- Assist in final dispute resolution for cases the Customer Support Team cannot provide.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing field
- Strong command of English and Good communicator
- Able to think out of the box, resourceful
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platform
