Job Description:
- Administer policies and schemes
- Manage data/photo, card production schedule and resource management
- Prepare regular reports
- End-to-end reviews and streamline operational processes
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Ad-hoc additional duties as instructed if required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder – Can be Higher Nitec with good experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- A team player, good interpersonal and communications skills
- Flexible and able to multi-task
- Lead and manage a team of 1 to 2
