Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for the daily warehouse and administration operations.
Main duties and responsibility will be as follows:
1) Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operations on picking and packing activities
2) Supervise all movements of cargoes in/out of the warehouse
3) Liaise with customers via e-mail and telephone for all documentation and administration matters
4) Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities
5) Follow up closely with customers on discrepancies and damages
6) Conduct daily cycle counts and housekeeping of inventory
7) Supervise and ensure export shipments/local orders, including documentation are delivered on time
8) Perform other job related fuctions as and when assigned by the Manager
Requirements
1) Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or related field
2) Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics
3) Ability to work in fast pace and dynamic environment
4) Competent in MS Word and Excel
