Responsibilities:
- Investor Relations: Coordinate meetings, roadshows, and serve as the primary contact for investors. Build and maintain strong relationships, providing regular performance updates. Manage investor meetings, calls, and AGMs.
- Communication & Reporting: Prepare and distribute corporate materials, reports, and newsletters. Ensure transparency and accuracy in communications. Deliver presentations on fund performance and strategies.
- Market & Investment Analysis: Monitor Australian market trends and provide investment insights. Collaborate with the investment team to align with investor expectations.
- Fundraising & Business Development: Support fundraising by engaging potential investors and creating pitch materials. Attend industry events to promote the fund.
- Compliance & Documentation:Ensure regulatory compliance and smooth investor onboarding. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in investor relations, within real estate or private equity.
- Experience with Australian investment markets is a huge plus.
- Proven track record of managing investor relationships and fundraising activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations software.
