Individual contributor assisting the Team with Admin Support to grow the market share for the Company products through the appropriate distribution channels in Singapore and across the region.
Responsible for Admin Support in Agency servicing through good management of agency queries, updating and maintenance of Agency records to provide accurate up to date analysis of statistics.
Distribution
• Onboarding of new agencies and FA
• Liaison between Agents and Underwriters to address Agents' queries
• Updating and maintain Agency records
• Working with the Head and own Team Leader to establish best practices and processes to ensure that the team meet the company’s service standards set
Channel Performance
Assist the Head and team to:
• Compile, analyze and prepare monthly reports required and present during monthly meetings and business reviews to be in line with intermediary agreements.
• Ensure that sanction checks are conducted.
• Update and maintain the records, schedules, statistics, etc.
• Stay current on market conditions and to share findings and updates with all members of the team as appropriate.
Channel / Relationship Management / Quality Service Standards
• Maintain and manage distribution email by forwarding cases to the relevant parties
• Work with policy admin team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of intermediaries’ document
• Act as a liaison between agents and underwriters/other departments for any feedback which are received
• Render assistance to the Corporate Services team during Agency / Intermediary events
Others
• Ensure compliance and no breach in DAL and policies set for self and team.
• Support the CEO, Head and own Team Leader in additional responsibilities assigned, as and when required.
• Assist in special projects when required.
• Ensure compliance to CDP hours
Requirement:
• ACII, ANZIIF or Degree/Diploma in Insurance
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Insurance operations and/or direct engagement of Agents and FAs
• Some knowledge of insurance operation, insurance distribution, underwriting operations, underwriting procedures and understanding in policy wordings.
• Some understanding of laws and legislation in relation to the general insurance industry.
• Detailed oriented.
• Possess innate customer service attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
