BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

The Golden Age Of Immigration Pte. Ltd.

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence in the catering industry.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive threats. Analyze data to develop insights and make informed business decisions.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate clients. Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead sales efforts to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets. Develop pricing strategies and proposals tailored to client needs.
  5. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
  6. Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  7. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  8. Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and branding strategies. Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all channels.
  9. Operational Excellence: Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, quality control, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  10. Reporting and Analysis: Review regular reports on business performance, sales activities, and market trends. Recommend strategic initiatives and implement it.
  11. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions, leveraging feedback from clients, market trends, and internal stakeholders.
  12. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirement:

- At least 15 years business development experience

- At least 5 years relevant industry experience

- Possess at least a Diploma qualification

- Strong understanding of the F&B industry, including market trends and consumer behavior

- Track record of success in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities

- Able to communicate Mandarin in verbal and written will be added advantage
