Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of interior design experience, specifically within the hospitality and hotel sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with design software including CAD/Revit, InDesign, and SketchUp.
- Expertise in creating detailed construction drawings.
- Design Expertise:
- Strong skills in space planning, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection.
- Proven ability in space planning and architectural design principles.
- Project Management:
- Experience in managing client relationships and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor design team members.
