Key Responsibilities:
- Able to work independently for taking-off quantity and pricing for tender
- Monitoring progress claims and payments, sub-contractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts
- Arrange and carry out tender interview, negotiate of price with suppliers and subcontractors including of preparation of sub-contract agreement / letter of award.
- In addition to the above mentioned duties and responsibilities, any other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent + Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience in construction industry
- 5 Days work per week
