- 5.5 days Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 5.30pm ; 8.30am to 12.30pm)
- Company transport: Tampines MRT
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and advice customer service on shipping methods
- Assemble, gather and document for shipping and conform to Trade Regulatory
- Maintain and manage filing on all outgoing orders
- Respond to customer inquiries on shipping issues
- Assist Shipping Executive in Initiate and implement best practices in shipping processes
- Liaise with freight forwarders on Shipment Bookings
- Assist in liaising with customers service and freight forwarders on delivery and schedules
- Coordinate and liaise with CSR, overseas principal, overseas agents for export shipment
- Checking and verification of shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Preparation of booking confirmation, bills of lading, manifests etc
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma in Business / Supply Chain or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- Knowledge and experience in shipping preferred
