LOCATION : PASIR PANJANG / CHIN BEE (WEST)
5.5 DAYS WEEK
INDUSTRY : FOOD SERVICES / LOGISTIC
Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Duites - preparing of payment to local supplier & oversea supplier.
- Prepare weekly payment report
- Inter company Billing using Xero accounting system.
- Prepare documentation / bookkeeping /filling for auditor
- Able to undertake role assign by senior accountant .
- Assist in all audit processes and work with auditors
- Knowledge of full set account will be advantage
- Good knowledge of Xero , shopify and Unleashed preferred
Requirements:
- Degree OR Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Xero and its apps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft office , Excel / Words
- Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency.
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Willingness to search for new tech solution to enable a smoother accounting process.
