Job Scope:
- Oversee the team in the daily printing operation
- Manage production schedule and manpower planning
- Prepare regular reporting
- Perform end-to-end reviews and streamline operational processes
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC
- Possess operations experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
