- Handle daily crewing functions and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Create and implement crewing strategies for recruitment and retention, contract and performance management, disciplinary actions, and all trainings, insurance claims and manage crew budgets.
- Responsible for crew mobilization and demobilization, including Singapore Work Pass, travel, visas, and accommodations, efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Keep accurate crew records, process timely payroll, facilitate logistics for crew changes, and review related invoices.
- Comply with all regulations in accordance with IMO conventions like STCW and MLC, Flag requirements, MPA, ICA, and MOM regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Maritime Business or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of crewing and ship management experience.
- Strong knowledge of crewing and manning requirements of Harbor Craft vessels.
- Familiar with Singapore Work Pass, Flag, MPA, ICA and MOM processes.
