Operations Executive - Lifeguard

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of Senior Lifeguards.
2. Oversee the scheduling of rosters across centres.
3. Support Project Manager in operations planning for current and future projects.
4. Manage and ensures the smooth functioning of operations in each centre.
5. Responsible for the hiring of Lifeguards, including freelance pool, to ensure sufficient manpower is available to meet client requirement.
6. Build and manage an excellent working relationship with stakeholders.
7. Co-ordinate Lifeguard Proficiency Tests and Training with respective Senior Lifeguards to ensure all Lifeguards maintain a good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
8. Conduct safety audits and ensures high quality of service is delivered.
9. Keep track and ensure all required certifications of all Lifeguards are up to date and current.
10. Organise refresher courses for all Lifeguards as required.
11. Attend stakeholder meetings / conferences and present updates.
12. Collect and analyze data and report to management.
13. Organising events or programmes.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Sport, Exercise Science or related disciplines or minimum 8 Years of Lifeguarding experience.
2. Standard First Aid, Bronze Medallion.
