We are looking for a Coordinator, Marketing to join our team!
As a Coordinator, Marketing, we rely on you to:
- Support manager in Food & Beverage Marketing for Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa and The Palawan @ Sentosa
- Support manager in developing marketing content and materials for online and offline channels, as well as materials to support F&B Operations' requirements
- Assist in maintaining and improving content on owned channels
- Manage enquiries and reviews
- Be involved in the planning and creation of social media content and creative assets for various channels
- Media monitoring and maintaining media database
- Support manager in reporting, tracking and analysis
- Manage administrative and finance tasks in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders such as F&B and Culinary departments, and external stakeholders such as 3rd party reservation platforms
We are looking for someone who:
- Willingness to learn and try new things
- Interest in food and beverage
- Strong attention to detail and organised
- Dynamic, problem-solver with an innovative and creative mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Thrive both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team player
- Proficiency in graphics and design platform such as Canva/ Photoshop is a plus
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Capcut is a plus
- Keen eye for the newest happenings and trends in the dining scene is a plus
