Job scope :
· Handle full sets of accounts independently.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively.
· Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations.
· Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities, prepare bank transfer for local expenses and generate TT payments to overseas suppliers.
· Preparation of quarterly GST filing & yearly IR8A submission.
· proficient in SAP B1 accounting system.
· Produce timely and accurate financial reports (profits, cash flow, balance sheet).
• other adhoc duties by management.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Banking and Finance/Accounting and Finance
· 3 years full set account hands on experience
.proficient with withholding tax and IRAS double tax agreement (DTA)
.Proficient with foreign exchange accounting
