Identify potential vendors and suppliers for NPTP PARTS
Evaluate supplier capabilities, product quality, and pricing.
Negotiate contracts and establish favourable terms.
Creation of new vendors.
Perform Due Diligence checks on major/preferred vendors
Purchase Order Processing:
Administer purchase requisition, quote and issuance of purchase orders.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with project teams to align procurement needs.
Maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Quality Assurance:
Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased M&E equipments.
Resolve any shortcomings or discrepancies promptly.
Supplier Relations:
Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.
