We are recruiting for a Real Estate Company with about USD12 billion in AUM and comprises of more than 200 properties across the global, particularly in business space and industrial real estate in Singapore, Australia, USA and Europe. They are continuing to grow their AUM and hence looking to have a portfolio manager to oversee international portfolio.
You will be responsible in overseeing the strategic, operational and financial performance of a portfolio(s) of properties in the international arena (excluding Asia). You will work closely with overseas operations to develop asset plans, including ‘hold-sell analysis’, to maximise value of portfolio(s) through formulation, development and implementation of strategies for marketing, leasing, property management, asset enhancement and sustainability.
This will also include identifying and driving redevelopment opportunities to maximise value of properties, divestment opportunities to recycle capital. You will be monitoring and analysing financial and operational performance of portfolio(s) and work with partners including asset managers, leasing / account managers and property managers to maximise operational efficiency and financial performance and deliver the business plan and sustainability target for the portfolio. You will review overseas reports and approval submissions as well as annual valuation of properties in portfolio(s)
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing business space, industrial or logistics assets
- Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
- Possess strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
