Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 0825 – 1745; Alt Saturdays: 0825 - 1230
Responsibilities:
- Make ensuring that export processes are SOP compliant and run smoothly.
- Oversee and coordinate the complete shipping procedure on behalf of clients.
- Establish and put into place new procedures for import and export activities.
- Examine the operating procedures for import and export to increase efficiency through continual improvement.
- When necessary, provide KPI reports for clients and participate in Operation Review meetings.
- Make space arrangements for each origin station.
- To take proactive measures to avoid service outages
- To use creativity when overseeing recuperation
- To closely coordinate shipments with customers and other departments in order to guarantee proper shipment execution
- To keep an eye on and guarantee that customers pay on time
- To address and correct payment inconsistencies
- Building strong relationships with customers; monitoring and controlling day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with their needs
- To co-ordinate Customer Service & Operational information and expedite for replies
- To analysis and recommend corrective actions
- To handle customers complaints
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Freight forwarding industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
