As a Fashion Retail Management Trainee (RMT), you will embark on a journey to refine your management and leadership skills within the luxury menswear accessories sector. Selected candidates will undergo intensive on-the-job training covering product knowledge, customer relations, management, and store operations.
During the initial 3-month probation period, your performance will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Upon successful completion, you will be placed in the department that best aligns with your strengths, such as merchandising, logistics, marketing, HR, or sales management.
The Expectations
Handle store operations
Undertake leadership roles in selected departments
Provide fashion and styling advice suited to customer needs
Provide excellent customer service (e.g. enquiries, sales purchase and after-sales activities, exchange & refund etc.)
Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
Lead sales team to meet sales targets
Handle ad hoc projects and administrative duties related to store and office operations
The Requirements
Possess a minimum of degree in local universities, preferably in Retail/ Fashion Management, Business or relevant disciplines
Good leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Independent self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
Well-groomed and neat-looking
Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
Experience in HR and administration preferred
Immediate availability and relevant work experience will be an advantage
