Responsibilities
1. Upkeep of property, office and inventory
2. Accounts Upkeeing: Receivables, Payables, P&L, Balance sheet
3. Assist with Finance
4. Assist with Yearly Audit, Insurance
5. Liaison with suppliers
6. Processing sales orders including orders loading and scheduling deliveries
7. All other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. Higher Nitec, Diploma
2. Min 2 years’ experience or fresh school leavers are welcome
3. Ability to exhibit strong tasks management and meticulous
4. Adaptable to new responsibilities with great focus and attention to detail
5. Ability to make quality a priority with accuracy and thoroughness
6. Strong adaptability and dynamic personality
7. Ability to Maintain a Strict Level of Confidence
