- A minimum 10 years of experience in delivering data transformation Projects in a Engagement Manager/Delivery Manager capacity
- Experiences with SAP ERP and/or data transformation programs is a big plus
- Functional experiences in at least 2 master data domains – Finance, Materials, Customer, Vendor, Service, Bill of Materials is a must
- Work with key stakeholders to define the data technical requirements
- Ability to liaise with customer business and IT teams to achieve transformational outcomes in collaboration with change agents is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong understanding of all the activities necessary to plan, build and execute a sound data migration program.
- Experience in supporting clients through the planning and preparation necessary to validate migrated data.
- Workshop delivery and design experience of data migration processes and products.
