Our client, an international trading house, is looking for an Operations Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all documents such as sales and purchase contracts and invoices, shipping documents and import/export letters of credit, including negotiation
- Monitor shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of all activities
- Handle all operations or shipment issues that may occur
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in maritime, supply chain, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience within a physical trading house
- Able to work independently and handle high volume
