Monday to Friday (8.30 – 6 pm)

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service experience for customers
- Manage the reception team as administrative leader and engage with business functions to align development and functional responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage and plan the business travel arrangements – coordinate flight and accommodation booking
- Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related disciplines with minimally 3 years of relevant working experience as bank receptionist/flight attendant/receptionist in MNC office
- Excellent command of English (Spoken and Written)
- Do attach a professional passport sized photo in your cv
