Job Overview
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, overseeing the financial operations across Singapore.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local accounting standards, and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
As a regional role, you will collaborate closely with our headquarters, supporting and guiding local finance teams.
Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and managing the external audit and tax filing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the end-to-end financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, and consolidation with the support from in-house and external accounting team.
- Involve in annual budgeting and regular forecasting process, assist and support the local treasury function including cash management and bank account management.
- Work closely with partnership team also group finance to ensure business initiatives are financially viable.
- Liaise with external auditors for year-end closing and tax consultants for annual tax filing.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and additional related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
- Candidate with Big4 audit experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years in a management role within a MNC or large-scale organization.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to develop a team.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills, both in English and Chinese to liaise with HK headquarters (internal stakeholders)
