We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile internal/external interfaces with payroll reports, ensuring accuracy in medical benefits, deductions, and other payouts.
- Process fixed/ad-hoc allowances and deductions, troubleshoot payroll-related issues, and coordinate with internal and external consultants.
- Handle monthly payroll closing, statutory contributions, and ad-hoc payroll processing such as advanced festival pay runs.
- Generate and distribute online payslips, prepare bank files for salary disbursement, and ensure timely salary crediting.
- Perform end-to-end secondment billings, including reconciliation and verification to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for payroll tasks when required.
- Liaise with stakeholders to manage personal tax reporting, annual income tax filing, and submission for officers within deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, experience in payroll processing, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma education.
Min 2 years of experience in payroll for companies/agencies with more than 300 headcounts.
Good understanding of whole payroll cycle, CPF Act and taxation regulations.
Proficient in MS Office, is meticulous with numbers and detail oriented.
Experience with WorkDay and Excelity systems will be an advantage.
