Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing tender submissions
- Measure quantities and estimate costs
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain proposals/quotations and conduct evaluations
- Prepare Bills of Quantities, technical data, and unit rates in a timely manner
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Preferably with relevant experience in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated with a positive work attitude and a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Effective team player
- Candidates with additional relevant experience may be considered for a Senior position
