Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Pega BPM solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop high-quality applications using Pega, including process flows, rules, user interfaces, and integrations with other systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, helping them resolve complex technical challenges.
- Review and approve design and code to ensure adherence to Pega development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
- Design and implement integration solutions between Pega applications and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, or other protocols.
- Manage data within Pega applications, including data modeling, data flows, and database integration.
Job Requirements:
- Pega Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with Pega BPM, including designing and developing applications, configuring rules, and managing cases.
- Integration: Strong knowledge of integrating Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, or other protocols.
- Data Management: Proficiency in data modeling, database integration, and data flow management within Pega applications.
- Programming Languages: Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages used in Pega development.
- UI/UX Design: Familiarity with Pega UI design tools and best practices for creating user-friendly interfaces.
- Significant experience (typically 5-8+ years) in Pega development, with a proven track record of delivering complex Pega solutions.
- Experience in leading development teams, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Pega applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers and lead projects to successful completion.
