Job Description:
- To be the main liaison personnel between the client and Company
- Lead the team to ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing) required by our clients
- Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements) provided by clients and accounting entries posted by client/associate
- Review of the financial information/management accounts prepared by associate and to submit for senior consultant/BO manager's review
- Ensure that our clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
- Respond to client's requests and queries on a timely basis
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
- To be an effective coach/leader to fellow team members
- To assist the BO manager with the monitoring of the Company's accounts receivables
- Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement;
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in accountancy / ACCA equivalent / LCCI
- Have at least 5 years of relevant for senior role, with commercial experience in financial reporting and analysis (with at least 1.5 years in a team lead role)
- Preferably in a professional firm providing outsourced accounting services or audit firm
- Proficient in using accounting software or ERP system. Proficiency in Sage Accounting, Microsoft Office and Xero would be an added advantage
