Operations Executive

Ocs Group (s) Landscaping Services Pte. Ltd.

Job responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing daily operational plans and schedules for horticulture and arboriculture activities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Conducting thorough tree inspections and preparing detailed visual assessment reports to identify any issues or concerns.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing feedback, and maintaining open communication channels to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including email correspondence and filing, to maintain efficient office operations and ensure timely submission of reports.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on arboriculture and horticulture-related matters, including inquiries, feedback, and complaints, to ensure seamless communication.
  • Oversee the progress of landscape works and maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise staff to ensure correct maintenance methods are employed and safety procedures, protocols, and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
  • Generate innovative landscape solutions to improve the overall outcome of work sites.
  • Possess a basic understanding of plant disorders and plant health management.
  • Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with ad-hoc sales support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field (Advanced diploma/certificate in Landscape Supervision or Management from a accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in horticulture or arboriculture
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of tree risk management and maintenance principles and practices
  • Familiarity with tropical tree species and their characteristics
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports

Professional Certifications:

  • Class 3 driving license
  • ISA Certified Arborist certification (or equivalent) is an asset
