Job Scope
- Assist to handle full spectrum of documentary trading transaction and deliver timely and quality service to support trading business.
- Perform import & export documentations, includes L/C documentation with the terms and conditions.
- Assist to liaise with bank on import & export documentation matters.
- Work closely with internal counterparties for any discrepancy.
- Provide support to senior on all trading transactions.
- Maintain accurate trade transaction records.
- Perform ad-hoc trade support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, those without experience are welcome to apply, on job training provided.
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office and Oracle
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
- Willing to learn, good interpersonal and communication skills.
