About the Role
Looking for an experienced Risk Manager for our Healthcare domain. As part of the Chief Risk Office, this role is required to develop, implement and maintain the Healthcare Control Library (HCL), control assurance framework and third-party risk management programme. You will report directly to the Head of Department.
Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain the HCL Programme for IT, Data Management, third party management.
- Plan, facilitate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the various teams.
- Work with senior management to prioritisethe HCL development taking into consideration planned policy releases, business needs and resource availability
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the adoption of the HCL across Public Healthcare Institutions where applicable.
- Implement and maintain the control assurance framework with key stakeholders.
- Work with the Compliance Assurance to ensure that HCL is incorporated in the Programme.
- Implement and maintain the third-party risk management framework to ensure effectiveness of third party risk management activities.
- Provide management and relevant stakeholders with a regular update on the status and highlight key concerns as needed.
- Raise awareness to staff.
- Be the focal point for all queries from internal and external stakeholders including audit.
- Responsible for any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor in Computer Science /Information Technology or relevant field.
- At least 7 years of working experience in the public sector or multinational corporation, with good knowledge of IT processes, data management and risk management.
- Aptitude and experience in the Three Lines of Defense and familiar with enterprise risk management concepts including risk & control self-assessment and policy management.
- Certification in CISA or CIA or CISM certifications would be a plus.
- Self-motivated and keen to learn new technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
- A desire to thrive in a hard-working, fast-paced and collaborative team.
- Great communicator, negotiator and team-player.
