Temp Finance Assistant (6 months)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check, bill and cancel sales invoices
  • Verify and input incoming receipts
  • Handle queries and requests for documents
  • Follow-up and prepare supporting documents, check and process refunds & payments
  • Prepare reconciliations
  • Prepare accounting entries
  • Carry out any system user-acceptance testing and other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Accounting/related studies or GCE 'O' Level
  • With 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in AR and/or AP
  • Team player, meticulous, organized and attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word)
  • Proficient in system user acceptance testing will be advantageous
  • Must be able to commit from September 2024 to March 2025
