We are looking for Senior Associates and Associates (Procurement) in the Healthcare industry!
Job Description
The Procurement Associate will manage daily procurement and purchasing activities, supporting business units (BUs) by acting as the primary contact for all purchasing matters. Key responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating, managing RFQs and tenders, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The role also involves monitoring vendor performance, resolving category-specific issues, and maintaining records of purchases and contracts. Experience with clinical and medical materials, capital equipment, and maintenance is preferred.
Senior Associate Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma or Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing and procurement; preferably in health and community care
- Knowledge of eProcurement System preferably in SAP
- Experience with SAP Hana/S4 modules relating to procurement and inventory management.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Team player and willingness to learn and adapt to changes
- Self-driven and problem solver
Associate Requirements:
- Recognised Degree/ Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing and procurement; preferably in health and community care
- Knowledge of eProcurement System in SAP
- Proficient in Google Suite application
- Possesses strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Team player and willingness to learn and adapt to changes
- Self-driven and problem solver
Salary and Renumeration:
- $2800 onwards (Associate)
- $3500 onwards (Senior Associate)
- 1 month AWS
- 2 months Performance Bonus
